Precia-Molen has just completed the 100% acquisition of Le Barbier Pesage and Affiliates

PRECIA-MOLEN (France) - Precia-Molen has just completed the 100% acquisition of Le Barbier Pesage and affiliates, specialist in industrial and commercial weighing with offices and service bases located in Le Havre, Rouen, Dieppe, Paris and Lille.

Le Barbier and affiliate, created more than 50 years ago, are amongst the biggest weighing sales and service companies in the north-west of France and Paris regions; the cumulated turnover is slightly above four millions euros. The companies will be immediately integrated in French service branch of the group (Precia Molen Service) and consolidated from January 2015.

This acquisition aims to improve the territorial presence of Precia Molen Service and will provide the current Le Barbier customers a direct access to the services and products of the Precia Molen Group.
