Job Offer by Schenck Process - Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Schenck Process GmbH (China) - We are looking for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager to provide professional direction and guidance in all related topics. This position is located in Tianjin, China.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide professional direction and guidance to the management team and employees on OHSE Issues
• Continual review of OHSE legislation to ensure the Company's policies and procedures are compliant
• Promote Environmental, Health and Safety awareness across the site
• Monitoring and reporting of the site KPI's, objective and targets
• Organize the sites inspection and internal auditing programs，find the risks and work out the improvement actions accordingly
• Provide OHSE training to all employees, to deal with any eventualities and ensure that all accidents/incidents are reported and thoroughly investigated
• Establish and improve relevant OHSE procedures 

Knowledge and experience required:

Education:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Major: Environment engineering and related field
• Professional title: Medium-grade professional title in environment

Knowledge / Skills:

• More than 5 years’ work experience in OHSE management or related function
• Experience with having contact, be in communication with OHSE Regulators
• Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, non-technical staff and members of interdisciplinary staff.
• Experience with OEHS matters during construction phase is an advantage
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to compose spreadsheets, written briefings for distribution to all levels
• High level of Chinese and English required
• Familiarity with standard computer skills
