General Measure Packing Scales Testing for Plastic Particle

(China) - The PaxGo series packing scales are intelligent net weighers designed for precise and efficient packing machines weighing free-flow granules, pellets, and powders. They provide exceptional accuracy, speed, and flexibility, making them ideal for various packaging applications.

The scales offer speedy and precise weighing with a volume of 11L/15L/55L/85L. Recently, GM tested AF-5K, AF-10K, and AF-50K for packing plastic particles.

AF-5K is tested in target weights: 1kg, 2.5kg, and 5kg.

• 1kg: best accuracy ±2g, the highest speed 1500pcs/h
• 2.5kg: best accuracy ±2g, the highest speed 1400pcs/h
• 5kg: best accuracy ±2g, the highest speed 1200pcs/h

AF-10K is tested in target weights: 2kg, 4kg, and 6kg.

• 2kg: best accuracy ±2g, the highest speed 1300pcs/h
• 4kg: best accuracy ±2g, the highest speed 1200pcs/h
• 6kg: best accuracy ±2g, the highest speed 1100pcs/h

AF-50K is tested in target weights: 10kg, 20kg, and 25kg.

• 10kg: best accuracy ±5g, the highest speed 1200pcs/h
• 20kg: best accuracy ±10g, the highest speed 1100pcs/h
• 25kg: best accuracy ±10g, the highest speed 1000pcs/h

These are the testing results of packing scales with a single hopper. General Measure also provides the duplex weigher for double the speed, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and reliability.
