The General Measure AF-50K is a fully upgraded granular bagging scale designed for fertilizer production environments where accuracy, speed, and durability are critical. Developed specifically for granular fertilizer materials, it delivers reliable high-throughput performance with long-term operational stability, even under corrosive, dusty, and heavy-duty conditions.

Built with a full stainless-steel structure and a blasted surface finish, the AF-50K offers excellent corrosion resistance for use in chemical and fertilizer plants. Key components—including the load cell, motor, and solenoid valve—are well protected against dust, moisture, and foreign particles, reducing maintenance requirements and extending service life. An oil-sealed gearbox and dedicated cable-entry design further enhance overall protection and reliability.

To ensure fast and stable material handling, the AF-50K features a specially designed feeding hopper optimized for granular fertilizer flow. The load cell connection structure has been refined to improve weighing stability during high-speed operation, achieving filling speeds of up to 1500 bags per hour while maintaining high accuracy. Additional dust-proof protection on the load cell improves durability without compromising weighing precision, with best accuracy reaching ±10 g.

The system is powered by the General Measure weighing controller and an upgraded adaptive weighing algorithm that dynamically adjusts to changes in material flow. This enables fast response, precise control, and consistent accuracy across varying material characteristics, making the AF-50K suitable for continuous, high-efficiency fertilizer bagging lines.

The AF-50K supports a weighing range of 10–50 kg, with an accuracy range of 10–25 g and a maximum speed of up to 1500 BPH, providing an effective balance between productivity and precision.

Optional configurations include an infeeding pipe with buffering, flow cut-off for safe maintenance, and an observation window, as well as a robust bag clamp designed for dusty, high-load environments. The bag clamp features strong gear-surface gripping, adjustable opening size, non-contact proximity switch control, and an integrated dust-removal structure.
