EXCELL Launches GW-IP Weighing Indicators with Ethernet Connectivity, enabling Scale-IoT®

Excell Precision Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) - Press Release: EXCELL expanded its portfolio of GW and GTW weighing indicators with a new Ethernet TCP/IP connectivity. The GW/GTW-IP allows for a network connection to the company’s computer system through the RJ45 connector; it’s easy to install and it’s fitted with a cable for the connection to the indicators.

"The GW/GTW weighing indicator is a high precision, multi-functional device to be universally used in industrial weighing applications, including the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries," said C.C. Lo, President and CEO at EXCELL.

"GW/GTW Series indicators are ideal for applications that require a basic weighing indicator for performing Zero, Tare and Print functions. Their simple yet powerful design makes them the perfect choice for connecting with bench, platform or floor scale and bin/tank/hopper (vessel) scales. The Ethernet interfaces make the GW/GTW-IP a powerful tool for capturing weighing data and delivering it in real time," said Jeff Chien, Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at EXCELL.

The GW-IP and GTW-IP also include an embedded Web server used to remotely configure, monitor, or troubleshoot the attached devices.
