A new upgraded model of the RADWAG DWR Rotational Checkweigher

RADWAG Balances and Scales (Poland) - RADWAG has expanded the series of the DWR rotational checkweighers by a model with two independent weighing systems combined within one construction. Thanks to this innovative solution the throughput of the devices has increased to 160 pcs/min.

The automatic rotational checkweigher, DWR, is intended for operation on a processing lines where products packed into cylindrical containers of diameter ø 35 - 66mm are manufactured. The scale is equipped with an electric drive guaranteeing failure free operation and precision when it comes to container positioning.

The used industrial computer with a numerous advanced functions ensures absolute control of weighed products, discrimination of faulty products, operation in accordance with the Act on Pre-packaged Goods Control, integration with other processing line equipment and with peripheral devices, data collection, report generation, and cooperation with computer software.
