Siemens' New heavy-duty Weighfeeder for harsh applications

Siemens (Germany) - Siemens introduces its new Sitrans WW310 weighfeeder, which provides consistent and accurate results for industrial and process applications where feed rate control is required. Sitrans WW310 is a heavy-duty, medium-capacity weighfeeder for applications found in the cement, steel, power, or mining industries.

The modularity of Sitrans WW310’s design allows for easy field upgrades or quick and simple visual inspection of the material flow or critical components. Accessibility is improved for general maintenance, inspection and cleanout, lowering downtime and the overall cost of ownership.

Sitrans WW310 can handle capacities up to 270 mtph (300 t/h). All Sitrans weighfeeders feature ultra-sensitive load cells that provide precision weighing accuracy to improve blend consistencies, accountability and feeding.
