Stevens Traceability Systems (United Kingdom) - We have an exciting vacancy for a software developer to join our software team based at our Head Office in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Requirements:

• A degree in software development, Ideally at a minimum of a 2.1 level
• A good knowledge of object orientated design and design patterns
• Experience programming in Java and/or C#
• Experience of working with SQL Databases
• Experience of Hibernate and RDB persistence mapping
• Experience of working with source control systems (GIT)
• Experience working with Maven and other build tools
• Knowledge or experience web development technologies
• Some knowledge or experience with multi-platform development languages
• Knowledge of industry-standard languages and testing frameworks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, personal initiative and an innovative approach to problem solving
• Knowledge of working practices and design methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall
• Capable of defining, developing, and maintaining full software
• Software development, design, code, test
• Desired Skills: Java, C#, Spring, React, JSP, JavaScript, REST, .Net, XML, CSS, HTML, , Xamarin, Flutter.
