DIBAL Mobile Weighing and Labeling Equipment in the Meat Industry

Dibal S.A. (Spain) - DIBAL, specialized in developing customized solutions based on weighing and labeling for the food industry, has successfully installed 5 mobile equipment in a leading company in the meat industry.

Our client needed a mobile, robust, watertight weighing equipment with specific ergonomic characteristics, which would allow them to control the traceability of their hams at any point in their facilities. According to Iberian ham regulations, each piece is unique and must be within certain weight ranges.

We have designed and installed 5 mobile equipment like the one in the image:

• with AISI304 steel frame and wheels,
• a VT-1200 industrial indicator with weighing application,
• external label printer with watertight drawer for cleaning and scanner.

These equipments allow us to weigh, identify the pieces and print the product labels in the curing and sale processes. Its application, in addition to the meat industry, is perfectly compatible in the fishing industry.
